Notes

1.The conference accepts English abstract submissions with a maximum length of 200 words. English full papers are also welcome, which shall be limited to 4-6 pages. All accepted abstracts and full papers require an oral presentation in special sessions, with a PPT presentation duration of 10 minutes.

2.All keynote papers must be 6 pages with a maximum of 8 pages.

3.The conference proceedings will compile the titles, authors, abstracts, and keywords of all accepted papers. They are intended for on-site exchanges and discussions and shall not appear in other format.

4.Authors are required to prepare manuscripts in accordance with the template.

5.All participants may register for the poster session. Authors submitting only a poster are exempt from oral presentation. Each poster submission must be accompanied by an English abstract of no more than 200 words and submitted via the submission link. Abstracts of accepted posters will be included in the conference proceedings. Please download the official poster template from the conference website for poster preparation. Posters shall be submitted in both PPT and PDF formats to the conference email: icmss@cqu.edu.cn by September 15, 2026. Email subject format: icMSS 2026 Poster + Paper ID + Author's Full Name. All posters will be printed uniformly by the conference organizer and displayed in the exhibition area of the conference venue.

6.Authors shall submit original, unpublished English papers relevant to the conference theme and scope. Submitted manuscripts must contain original research outcomes that have not been formally published in any journal or conference proceedings, nor presented at other academic conferences.

7.Excellent papers will be selected for awards and invited to expand for submission to the Manufacturing Science for Sustainability, subject to the standard editorial review process.

8.Each accepted paper requires at least one live, in-person registration. Should no author of an accepted paper register for the conference, the organizers reserve the right to withhold the paper acceptance certificate.
